We ask all of our patients to stay at home and contact us via telephone if you need help or advice. Reception staff can offer routine (booked in advance) and urgent on-the-day telephone consultations.
We have temporarily suspended online bookings for face-to-face appointments due to the coronavirus but we can offer online bookings for telephone triage consultations. If you book a telephone triage appointment online a clinical member of staff will contact you on the same day you select. The triage team will telephone you back but the time may differ to appointment slot you selected online. As calls are prioritised according to the nature and urgency of the problem.
If your symptoms worsen or deteriorate whilst waiting you should call 111 or 999 in an emergency.
